Screening

A request for the services of Blackmoor Corporate Services is taken as acceptance of our screening policy. Prospective customers' companies and their stakeholders will be screened for any past or present indicators of unsuitability.

Communications

Blackmoor Corporate Services are not liable for the security of any email messages sent to us. All email messages are sent at the sender's own risk. Blackmoor Corporate Services will be held harmless from any loss that senders may suffer as a result.

Liability Limits

Blackmoor Corporate Services will not be held liable for any loss or damage whatsoever including, without limitation, indirect or consequential loss or damage, or arising from use or loss of use of, data or profits arising out of or in connection with the use of Blackmoor Corporate Services.

Contracts with Blackmoor Corporate Services have differing levels of insurance and liability. It is the customer's responsibility to check before signing that these levels correspond with their needs.

Payment Terms

Seven (7) days from receipt of invoice.
